Let's get a few things straight 🙂 You gotta agree to the following terms to use GiGTiP™.

  • Only use GiGTiP™ for tips. ie: Don't use it to sell merch or ticket sales.
  • Don't break to law using GiGTiP™!
  • Be cool. We got a good thing going here, don't mess it up for everyone else.

Most of your terms of use and agreements are actually with eTip.io.

eTip.io manages the tips coming in, the money going out, and uptime of the tipping applications/experience.

Any terms of use for social links or external payment methods are provided by those services.

We are not responsible for the content provided by GiGTiP™ performers or the links that they provide.

As for GiGTiP™? We provide a few things as "value added resellers" of the eTip.io platform.

  • A negotiated rate that is tuned for performer tipping.
    • eTip.io and GiGTiP™ have teamed together to make e-tipping for performers as affordable as possible, with no monthly subscription costs.

So if you have any issues with GiGTiP™, contact Phil via email. If it is a "GiGTiP™ issue", I'll handle it. If its an "eTip.io issue", I'll still do my best to handle it for you. But don't sue me for trying 🙂 eTip.io is a cool bunch of cats, and I trust them to do right by GiGTiP™ performers.

  • GiGTiP™ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • GiGTiP™ will make every effort to communicate any changes to the service in a reasonable amount if time, via email
  • You agree to hold GiGTiP™ harmless for anything that arrises as a result of using GiGTiP™.
